About CYR
CEO, CYR Investment
Rafael has worked in Punta Cana real estate since 2004. He spent eleven years as general manager of Vistacana, and since 2019 he has been owner partner and general manager of Paseo del Sendero, the residential area inside Vista Cana where Chelsea Village is being built.
He leads CYR with the same idea he applied there: build well, keep what you build, and take care of it over time.

One team, from start to finish: buyers and tenants deal with one company, before and after the keys.
